Throughout the 1990s and into the new century, AutoRealty's AutoContract software has led the way in desired feature-set, flexibility, and functionality, for automating real estate forms and contracts.

When it was written for Windows in 1996, five years of previous product development experience had allowed an easy metamorphosis into an exceptionally stable software product. AutoRealty continues to incorporate new useful features and products on a regular basis through regular upgrades.

AutoRealty has focused new product development on web-based and internet-enabled features, including MLS integration, Transaction Management integration, real estate contract negotiation utilizing electronic signatures, e-mail, and other web-based server products.
